On the afternoon of May 31st, BODA held the 2013 Project Presentation in Beijing North Star Continental Grand Hotel. WANG Wei, BODA’s Vice Chairman attended the meeting. Responsible persons of nearly 30 enterprises and public institutions such as Beijing Federation of Industry & Commerce, Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau, Administrative Committee of ZhongGuanCun Science Park, Beijing Tourism Group and Sun Life Everbright Life, were also present at the meeting.

WANG Wei expressed appreciation to all sectors of the society for their support for BODA’s work, hoped to enhance cooperation with all enterprises and public institutions by projects, reach win-win, make contributions to building Beijing into an international sports center and a world city of Chinese characteristics, and make the “Chinese Dream” come true.

BODA’s Secretary-General WU Jingmi stated that the presentation would help the enterprises to be more aware of BODA’s major projects and main activities; that BODA would further integrate Olympic wealth, set up a more and better cooperation platforms to joint promote the development of the capital.

At the meeting, persons responsible for BODA’s major projects introduced the Olympic Music Awards, the 9th International Sports Film Week, the 4th Beijing Olympic City Sports & Culture Festival, 2013 Sport Accord Mind Games in Beijing and 2013 market development plan of BODA’s project.

Since its establishment in August, 2009, BODA has planned and organized the Beijing Olympic City Sports and Culture Festival, Youth Olympic Education Series Activities, Beijing International Sports Film Week, as well as a series of sports and cultural programs to widely carry out national fitness, youth sunny sports and Olympic activities. BODA, to put its tenet of “Carry on Olympic Spirit, Build a Better City” into practice, also establishes good cooperative partnerships through organizing major conferences and international events like the 3rd World Union of Olympic Cities, the 14th World Conference on Sport for All, 2011 IPC Assembly and the Sport Accord Mind Games, and makes proactive efforts and explorations to build Beijing into an Olympic city and a world city.
